1. Payment is due the month prior to advertisement commencement.
2. All advertisements and images are subject to approval by 409
3. 409 have the right to reject any images and advertisements that contain nudity, offensive imagery, or copyrighted content.
4. Any changes to scheduled times must be notified and approved in writing two weeks prior to the original scheduled time.
5. Cancellation of scheduled time is not permitted, however, scheduled time can be changed if conditions are in line with point 4.
